Coming this July 18th our weekend fitness Boot Camp in Yorkshire – created to help you get into shape, boost your energy and raise your overall fitness levels, whilst having a great weekend!
Using the skills of our personal trainers to work you in several different methods of fitness throughout the two days (up to 5 hours per day of personal training!), our weekend Boot Camp allows you to get to grips with what it’s all about… Getting fitter, slimmer, stronger and enjoying it!
We will be camping the night and we will be providing the tents, food, lighting and heat. All you need to do is bring clothing, towels, toiletries and your own sleeping bag.
- Arrival 10AM Saturday
- 1 nights’ accommodation (Bring your own sleeping bag)
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner (calorie controlled)
- Pre-arrival support and communication
- Welcome talk on arrival
- 4-6 exercise sessions per full day (finishing 5 pm)
- Diet and exercise talk
- Dedicated boot camp team to motivate and support
- Depart 4pm Sunday
