On Thursday February 18th from 6:30-8pm the PT Hut will be holding an open evening event giving you the opportunity take the first steps towards changing your fitness and health!
Come along and chat with all the personal trainers, see demonstrations on exercises such as advanced calisthenics moves and learn proper techniques on squatting and dead lifting. This is the perfect chance to see all our great new equipment and talk to us about our ideology on training and nutrition.
All you need to do is turn up! It’s a totally free night and there will even be food and drink available. See what we have to offer and change your attitude to fitness and health… we are here to help and guide you in your chosen direction as safely and quickly as possible!
