Hi, my name is Jess and I am the owner of Fit Physique.
I am qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer with certificates in Advanced Nutrition For Sport and Advanced Nutrition for Weight Management.
My passion and enthusiasm for fitness shows in my teaching. I love training clients, and seeing how surprised they are when they achieve something they never believed they could.
I don’t believe in dieting! I believe that ‘regular exercise and a balanced nutritious diet with a ‘bit of what you fancy!’ works and stops you craving from banned foods. Exercise has amazing benefits to health, not just physical improvements, it can help ward off some illnesses, keep your heart healthy as well as boost your confidence (which is one of the things my clients regularly comment on).
My clients sessions are based on fun but intense workouts with varied equipment so clients are not bored. (No continuous repetitive movements on dull machines!) I recognise that everyone has different needs and goals and its not always about losing weight.
